Price information

All prices are based on the minimum occupancy of each apartment. Price for combined apartments on request.

Children under 2 years stay for free. If you need a baby bed, please let us know before your arrival. A camp bed for children between 2 and 16 years costs € 12. A camp bed for people over 16 years is charged with € 18. The final cleaning depends on the type of the apartment, from € 30 to € 50.

The city tax is € 1.75 for people over 14 years per night and is payable on arrival. From 01/01/2024 the city tax is to € 2.50 per night/person.

Cancellation terms

Any apartment cancellations are only valid written. Up to 3 months prior arrival there won’t be any cancellation fee; from 3 to 1 month prior arrival we charge you 3 days. If cancelled 1 month before arrival we charge 80% of the apartment price for those days. For cancellations one week prior your arrival, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the total amount of the reservation.

Please note that these cancellation terms are valid independent of whether the cancelled rooms are subsequently let for part of or the entire period.

Terms of payment

Prices are per apartment per day and are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days. The reservation is valid after our written confirmation and the receipt of the deposit. We ask for payment in cash, by debit or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). The arrival and departure day is Saturday. Other weekdays depend on availability and prior request/confirmation.
